Shifting Operations to Meet Data Demands for Hundreds of Organizations and Public Health Agencies During a Global Pandemic

In early March of 2020, at the request of a client, MultiState began researching states that had imposed quarantine requirements or issued recommendations applying to people arriving from abroad as COVID-19 spread throughout the world. Realizing that this information could provide critical value to policymakers and the public at large, MultiState created our COVID-19 State and Local Policy Tracker, a resource library and data dashboard to provide timely, accurate information on the state and local government responses to the COVID-19 pandemic — and to help businesses, governments, and individuals work together to combat the global pandemic.
