Since our service was first established more than years ago, it has expanded to cover more than 4,850 jurisdictions nationwide, and that number continues to grow daily.

Our local government monitoring is founded on the work of our experienced policy analysts, not scattered keyword searching or blanket web crawling. MultiState policy analysts scour city and county websites on an ongoing basis in order to identify upcoming action and send you advanced notice. When an issue important to you is identified on an agenda, it is immediately integrated into your custom online tracking database and you’ll receive an email alert. We put eyes on every single document we locate, ensuring we consistently identify any and all issues relevant to you. If documents are not provided online, we contact localities directly to help facilitate document collection and follow up with jurisdictions once an issue has been identified to establish next steps in the process. Depending on your needs, our team can also monitor ballot measures, social media, news reports, and press releases.

MultiState’s online issue management platform houses all your local ordinance information and allows you to easily view and export the data, as well as create and schedule your own snapshots to fit your team’s unique needs.
