David Shonerd

David Shonerd, Senior Director of State Operations, joined MultiState in 2002. His prior experience includes serving as an environment analyst for several government affairs firms, a researcher at the North Carolina Forum for Research and Economic Education (NCFREE), and a U.S. Senate intern. David graduated with a Master of Public Administration from North Carolina State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and politics from the University of Maryland, College Park. He considers himself very fortunate to both live and work in Old Town Alexandria, along with his wife, daughter, and mischievous lhasapoo.
