Ellen McDowell

Ellen joined MultiState as Manager of Contracts & Administration in 2024. Prior to joining MultiState, Ellen was a paralegal at two major law firms in Washington, D.C. Raised in Fairfax, Virginia, Ellen headed South for college, graduating with a degree in History, with minors in English and Education from the University of Mississippi, before returning to Northern Virginia where she continues to reside with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching football, reading, and antiquing.
