Olivia Gyapong

Olivia Gyapong joined MultiState as a Policy Analyst in 2024. She is a native of Silver Spring, MD — right outside the nation’s capital — but attended the University of Missouri for her undergraduate education. Olivia graduated from Mizzou with a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Prior to joining MultiState, Olivia completed a legislative analysis internship at Bloomberg Government, where she cultivated a passion for quickly crafting accurate, insightful, and thorough summaries of legislation and regulation. Her other Capitol Hill experience includes navigating the halls of Congress for a reporting internship and internships in members’ offices.

For leisure, Olivia loves volunteering in her community, cooking, leading group fitness classes, and playing with her pet rabbit called Salt.
